Job Description:
DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Finacle Application Support L2 professional to join our Mumbai team. This role involves supporting Finacle core banking applications, handling configurations, customizations, and production issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Finacle UBS versions (v7.0.18, v7.0.25, or higher).
- Work on Internet Banking (FEBA v11.X or higher), RTGS, NEFT, Trade Finance, EOD, BOD processes.
- Perform Finacle scripting, configuration, and implementation tasks.
- Analyze and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT / Core Banking Application support.
- Strong knowledge of Finacle customization, configuration, and scripting.
- Graduate in Engineering / MCA / B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in related field.
- Relevant Finacle certifications.
