🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, monitor, and optimize SAP S/4HANA systems in Sovereign Cloud environments
- Manage SAP Basis lifecycle activities including upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and system refreshes
- Operate and support multi-system SAP landscapes with high availability and security
- Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance for mission-critical cloud services
- Collaborate with Product Development, Security, and Architecture teams
- Maintain system integrity, compliance, and cybersecurity standards
- Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities
🎓 Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of SAP experience, including SAP Basis & S/4HANA
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Payroll
- Strong experience with Linux/Windows OS, SAP HANA DB
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Expertise in system upgrades, DR planning, and landscape architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in 24/7 on-call rotation
- Indian citizenship required (security clearance mandatory)
⭐ Preferred / Optional Skills
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, automation tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, governance, risk & compliance (GRC)
- Exposure to Sovereign Cloud or regulated environments
