Job Overview
Mphasis is looking for a CRM Technical Application Consultant to deliver enterprise-grade ERP and CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365. The role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing solutions, guiding technical decisions, and supporting full lifecycle implementations from diagnostic to go-live and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business requirements and map them to Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality
- Configure and customize Dynamics CRM applications to meet business needs
- Document functional and technical requirements and prepare solution design documents
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, business workshops, and key user training
- Provide technical guidance on performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Define implementation, migration, and system testing specifications
- Plan and execute system testing, UAT, and process testing
- Support data migration, deployment, and post go-live activities
- Deliver training to technical, IT, and end-user teams
- Provide go-live support and resolve post-implementation issues

- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology (SureStep)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile
- 2–5+ years of consulting experience in business applications
- Graduate degree preferred (industry experience considered)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and consensus-building skills
- Customer-facing personality with excellent presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites and work extended hours when required
