🎯 Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to enable effective coordination between development, testing, and operations teams by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes across the application lifecycle.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Drive Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the full toolchain
- Manage IT infrastructure based on application requirements
- Onboard applications onto DevOps tools and configure as per client needs
- Create and manage user access workflows
- Customize and engineer DevOps tools based on project requirements
- Collaborate with development teams on scripting and automation
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments
- Provide support for DevOps tools to internal and external customers
- Resolve tickets within defined TAT ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow escalation procedures for complex issues
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for critical and recurring issues
