Cognizant is seeking experienced AWS Glue and PySpark professionals to design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines. The role focuses on building robust data processing solutions using AWS-native services and distributed computing frameworks.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize AWS Glue ETL jobs using PySpark
- Integrate data from S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, and other sources
- Perform data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment
- Configure AWS Glue Crawlers and manage Data Catalog
- Tune Spark jobs for performance and scalability
- Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling
- Automate workflows using Glue Triggers, Workflows & Step Functions
- Ensure data security, quality, and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve production ETL issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional data teams
