Cisco is hiring an experienced CloudOps Engineer to support and scale customer onboarding for Dragonfly, a Kubernetes-based PaaS platform on AWS. The role involves managing production cloud environments, building tools and dashboards, and working closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support production cloud environments on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Support tools used for provisioning VPCs, EC2 and related AWS services.
- Work on new AWS setups for upcoming projects.
- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams and operate in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Provide support for infrastructure, automation and cloud monitoring tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting VPCs, EC2 and containerized environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setup with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in 24×7 rotational schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of application transport and networking protocols.
- Strong knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) preferred.
