Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Splunk SRE Admin, you will play a key role in managing and improving infrastructure monitoring and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and integrate Splunk infrastructure and monitoring solutions
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports to identify risks and issues
- Guide L1/L2 teams on continuous improvement initiatives
- Review business-specific KPI dashboards and suggest value-driven enhancements
- Monitor incident, problem, and change management reports to meet SLA/OLA targets
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure permanent resolutions
- Prepare and deliver training reports and training materials
- Review and update knowledge articles regularly
- Perform audits and participate in system improvement reviews
- Handle escalations, complaints, and crisis situations effectively
- Automate and stabilize recurring tasks to improve RTM operational efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring using Splunk
- Strong hands-on experience in Splunk Administration, Deployment, and Integration
- Proficiency in Linux (Red Hat) and Windows OS
- Basic system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in SRE / Infrastructure Operations environments
