🏷️ Job Title: Presales Solution Architect – AWS Amazon Connect
Capgemini is seeking a Presales Solution Architect for its Business Services Global Business Line in Pune. In this role, you will design and propose Contact Center solutions using AWS Amazon Connect, integrating advanced technologies to address client-specific business goals.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Collaborate with solutions teams to assess client needs and design tailored Contact Center solutions using Amazon Connect.
✔️ Lead end-to-end solutioning from client assessment to proposing deployment models (cloud or hybrid).
✔️ Build and implement CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions aligned with client outcomes.
✔️ Conduct technology assessments and define technical specifications.
✔️ Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, etc.).
✔️ Design and optimize call flows, IVR systems, and advanced features.
✔️ Create and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) to stakeholders.
✔️ Stay up to date with Contact Center and AWS market trends.
✔️ Act as a subject matter expert for Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact solutions.
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Amazon Connect implementation and solutioning experience.
- Strong knowledge of the AWS ecosystem and integrations.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Experience in multi-client BPO environments and enterprise-grade Contact Center platforms.
- Familiarity with Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, and other Contact Center technologies.
- Deep understanding of Amazon Connect pricing models and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing presales environments.
