Capgemini is looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join its team in Bangalore. In this role, you will design and implement AI solutions using AWS cloud services, deploy large language models (LLMs), and develop scalable ML pipelines. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about AI, machine learning, and cloud-native solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Design and implement Generative AI solutions using AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions).
✔️ Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) for business-specific use cases.
✔️ Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies for foundation models (Anthropic Claude, Mistral, Meta Llama, Amazon Titan).
✔️ Develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective ML pipelines and APIs.
✔️ Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate AI into enterprise applications.
✔️ Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and compliance.
✔️ Stay up to date with Generative AI and AWS trends.
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML stack (SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and API development.
- Experience with LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, scalability, and DevOps practices.
