Job Description:
Infosys is hiring an experienced Atlassian Tool Administrator to join our Digital Experience team in Bangalore. The candidate will manage Atlassian tools, support DevOps and CI/CD processes, and help clients achieve efficient deployment pipelines. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead small projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and maintain Atlassian tools as per client requirements.
- Support solution design, product configuration, and deployment activities.
- Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POCs, and workshops.
- Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop value-creating strategies to drive client innovation and growth.
- Strong knowledge of software configuration management systems.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
