Job Overview
Adobe is looking for a Senior Design Program Manager to partner with design leadership and product teams. You will lead high-impact programs, streamline design workflows, and ensure projects are executed efficiently while fostering team collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale design programs across Adobe’s Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Operationalize design tools, processes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain strong team culture while driving innovation.
- Translate ambiguous challenges into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in design and technology program management.
- Strong understanding of user experience, design processes, and operational leadership.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale programs in complex environments.
