🛠 Key Responsibilities
1. System Design & Architecture
- Build scalable, resilient, and highly available infrastructure for the Adobe Pass platform
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design for scalability and reliability
- Implement redundancy, failover mechanisms, and automated recovery
2. Automation & Tooling
- Develop CI/CD automation frameworks
- Build tools for performance monitoring and operational efficiency
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual overhead and human errors
3. Monitoring & Incident Management
- Implement monitoring systems for real-time alerting
- Lead incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and post-mortems
- Reduce MTTR through proactive analysis and best practices
4. Performance Optimization & Capacity Planning
- Improve latency, throughput, and cost efficiency
- Conduct capacity planning and load testing
- Identify performance bottlenecks in distributed systems
5. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work with cross-functional teams to align reliability to business needs
- Document best practices and promote knowledge sharing
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
🎓 Qualifications
Required
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years experience in SRE or Infrastructure Engineering
- Experience managing large-scale distributed systems (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Strong coding skills (Python, Go, Bash)
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes
- Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
- Experience with CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation, Git
- Strong knowledge of networking, storage, relational + NoSQL databases
Preferred
- Experience with advertising or digital marketing platforms
- Exposure to Hadoop, Kafka, Spark
- Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Understanding of security standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR)
