Accenture is hiring an experienced Application Lead to join their cloud support team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in AWS cloud architecture, application deployment, and team leadership.
As an Application Lead, you’ll guide the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based applications and act as the primary technical contact for various stakeholders.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of cloud applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align application development with business goals.
- Mentor junior developers and manage project timelines.
- Provide cloud architecture design tailored to business needs.
- Manage deployments and ensure application reliability and performance.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost.
- Ensure AWS services comply with security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for AWS-related issues.
- Continuously update knowledge with the latest AWS trends and services.
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture & deployment strategies.
- Experience in DevOps, application lifecycle management, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Problem-solving skills and experience with AWS monitoring/logging tools like CloudWatch.
🎓 Qualifications
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in AWS (6+ years preferred).
