Job Overview
Mphasis is looking for skilled Appian BPM Developers to design, develop, and enhance Appian-based enterprise applications. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance BPM solutions using the Appian low-code platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and develop Appian BPM applications
- Build Appian components including:
- Interfaces
- Process models / flows
- Expressions
- Data types (CDTs)
- Sites
- Integrations
- Participate in requirement analysis and solution design
- Develop and enhance existing Appian applications
- Ensure best practices in Appian development and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Appian BPM application development
- Proven experience in building Appian:
- Interfaces
- Process flows
- Expressions
- Integrations
- Experience in full application lifecycle: analysis, design, development, and deployment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
