Drive long-term reliability and scalability strategy for Adobe Pass platform.
Architect multi-region, highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
Identify systemic risks and implement proactive reliability strategies.

⚙ Automation, Observability & Reliability Engineering

Build advanced automation frameworks for zero-touch operations.
Implement AI/ML-based predictive monitoring and anomaly detection.
Lead chaos engineering, error budgets, and organization-wide reliability programs.

🚨 Incident Response & Operational Excellence

Act as technical authority during high-impact incidents.
Improve MTTR, MTBF, and minimize incident recurrence.
Lead blameless postmortems and reliability reviews.

📈 Performance, Scalability & Cost Optimization

Optimize resource usage, cost efficiency, and scalability.
Lead performance benchmarking and architectural tuning.
Collaborate with FinOps/CloudOps on cost-effective reliability strategies.

👥 Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor SRE and engineering teams.
Influence technical standards and reliability culture across Adobe.

🎓 Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
12+ years of experience in SRE, Production Engineering, or Distributed Systems.
Expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud-native architectures.
Strong programming in Python, Go, Java, Bash.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes, microservices, service mesh.
Advanced experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD.
Mastery of Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry.

Preferred

Experience with reliability frameworks (chaos engineering, error budgets).
Background in high-traffic or distributed streaming platforms.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, Spark, Hadoop.
Certifications: AWS Pro Architect, CKA/CKAD, GCP PCA.
Published contributions or technical conference experience.
