🎯 Role Overview
As an Administrator L3, you will be responsible for implementing and managing New Relic APM & Observability solutions, enabling proactive monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across complex enterprise applications and cloud environments.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage New Relic APM & Observability solutions
- Instrument applications and create business journeys & dashboards
- Monitor KPIs, alerts, traces, logs, and metrics across systems
- Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into APM requirements
- Develop custom dashboards, reports, and alerts
- Analyze observability data to identify performance issues and patterns
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend optimization strategies
- Work closely with developers, operations, and business stakeholders
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement in observability
🎓 Mandatory Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with New Relic APM / Observability tools
