Role Summary
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components. Your role includes ensuring operational stability, implementing Requests for Change (RFCs), updating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with vendors and service management teams to deliver effective resolutions.
