💼 Role Overview
As a Technology Support Engineer at Accenture, you will ensure stability, performance, and security across multi-cloud environments. You’ll manage complex cloud architectures, lead incident resolution, implement changes, and work with global teams to maintain enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Lead incident & problem resolution across cloud and on-prem systems.
- Manage AWS and Azure cloud environments — performance, security, and scaling.
- Deploy, configure & secure AKS and EKS Kubernetes clusters.
- Automate deployments using Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
- Implement cloud security: IAM, Key Vault, policies, WIZ.io, etc.
- Optimize cloud costs and utilization.
- Manage DR, backups, failovers, and HA architectures.
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, and engineering teams.
- Create runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Full-time 15 years education).
- 10+ Years IT Infrastructure / Cloud experience.
- 5+ Years hands-on: AWS + Azure.
- Strong scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell).
- Kubernetes certified (CKA / CKAD) preferred.
- ITIL knowledge and experience with CI/CD, monitoring, logging.
