Job Description
As a Technology Support Engineer at Accenture, you will manage and resolve incidents across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability and efficiency. You’ll work closely with vendors and service management teams to analyze issues, create Requests for Change (RFCs), and maintain updated knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Autosys Administration.
- Oversee incident management and problem resolution.
- Lead and guide team members in performance and decision-making.
- Develop and implement Requests for Change (RFC).
- Conduct training sessions for junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on critical system improvements.
- Ensure operational stability and system performance optimization.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Autosys Administration.
- Knowledge of job scheduling and automation tools.
- Proficiency in incident management and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
