In this role, you will provide ongoing technical support and infrastructure maintenance for production and development environments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead virtualization infrastructure build and transformation projects.
- Design, deploy, and migrate VMware vSphere, vSAN, and Aria Suite components.
- Configure enterprise-grade hardware platforms including Dell VxRail and Cisco UCS.
- Perform capacity planning, performance optimization, and validation activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as HLDs, LLDs, SOPs, and RCA reports.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and disaster recovery frameworks.
- Participate in ITIL-aligned incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Collaborate with architecture, network, and storage teams for seamless integration.
- Mentor engineers and support transition-to-operations post deployment.
- Participate in 24×7 rotational support and ensure timely issue resolution.
