Accenture is actively hiring Infra Tech Support Practitioners for its Infra Managed Services team in Chennai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Linux system administration, looking to grow their career in enterprise infrastructure support and operations.
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for L1 and L2 support, system maintenance, incident resolution, and ensuring high availability of production and development environments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support for infrastructure-related issues
- Perform basic and intermediate troubleshooting of Linux-based systems
- Support production and development environments (remote & onsite)
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability
- Assist in operating system–level implementations across server and network environments
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute technical solutions
- Follow defined operating models, processes, and compliance standards
- Gradually grow into an SME (Subject Matter Expert) role
