Job Description
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner at Accenture, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems, software products, and configured services across multiple platforms.
You will handle hardware/software support, L1 & L2 troubleshooting, and system optimization. This role demands strong technical knowledge and the ability to deliver reliable solutions within a defined operating model.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for production and development systems.
- Perform basic and intermediate level troubleshooting (L1 & L2).
- Assist in technology implementation at the OS and network levels.
- Engage in incident management and service request handling.
- Work independently to become an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- Contribute actively in team discussions and decision-making.
Skills Required
- Must Have Skills: Network Operations & Service Management.
- Good to Have Skills:
- Network Infrastructures
- Cisco Firewall
- Fortinet FortiGate Firewall
- Strong understanding of network protocols & services.
- Experience in monitoring and managing network performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Operations & Service Management.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
