Job Description
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner at Accenture, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems. This includes hardware/software support, system troubleshooting (L1 & L2), and implementing technology at the operating system level across servers and networks. You will ensure system performance, reliability, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality IT services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Provide remote and onsite support for systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot issues at basic and intermediate levels (L1 & L2).

- Train and mentor junior team members to improve technical capabilities.
