As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner at Accenture, you will:
- Provide ongoing technical support & maintenance for production/development systems.
- Perform L1 & L2 troubleshooting across multiple server and network platforms.
- Implement technology at the operating system level.
- Support hardware/software for configured services on various platforms.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations & procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
🕒 Experience Required:
