Project Role Description:
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing cloud infrastructure and applications across multiple technologies. You will handle cross-technology administration such as operating systems, databases, and virtual networks, while automating processes through scripting and monitoring.
You’ll also manage incidents to ensure quick service restoration and oversee patch rollout, release management schedules, and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Google Cloud Platform environments and applications.
- Perform cross-technology administration across OS, databases, and virtual networks.
- Create and execute automation scripts for monitoring and management.
- Manage incidents and ensure timely service restoration.
- Oversee patch rollout and release management schedules.
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure best practices and process improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must Have: Google Cloud Platform Administration.
- Good to Have: Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Shell Scripting.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Knowledge of incident management, automation tools, and monitoring systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Educational Qualification
- 15 years of full-time education.
Additional Information
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in GCP Administration.
