You’ll engage directly with clients to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and enhance system performance through strong technical and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and handle client issues independently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Contribute to team discussions and solution development.
- Implement best practices for system support.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Strong expertise in VMWare Cloud Administration
Good to Have:
