Job Description
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner at Accenture, you will serve as the primary interface between clients and systems/applications. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to resolve complex client issues, and ensure systems run smoothly.
Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, designing tailored resolutions, and leveraging deep product knowledge to keep operations seamless.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- Collaborate with and manage the team effectively.
- Take ownership of team-level decision making.
- Work with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide problem-solving support to your team and cross-teams.
- Conduct training sessions for knowledge sharing and capability building.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to align with organizational goals.
Skills Required
- Must Have Skills: SUSE Linux Administration.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning & optimization.
- Experience in complex troubleshooting & issue resolution.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Good knowledge of network protocols and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
