Job Description
Join Accenture as an Application Support Engineer, where you’ll act as a “software detective” to troubleshoot, resolve, and maintain critical business systems. This role focuses on cloud and enterprise networking, ensuring seamless operations across hybrid infrastructure environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various critical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain network reliability and performance
- Configure and support Azure Cloud Networking (VNets, VPNs, gateways, NSGs)
- Manage hybrid cloud networks (on-premises + cloud)
- Ensure high availability, security, and network performance
- Troubleshoot Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing
- Manage firewall devices like Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, and Juniper SRX
- Perform network monitoring, SSL offloading, load balancing, and health checks
Required Technical Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years in cloud networking and firewall architecture
- Expertise in Azure Cloud networking tools and principles
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Experience in firewall, NAT, and perimeter security configuration
- Proficiency in tools like F5 BIG-IP, Citrix NetScaler, Fortinet FortiADC
- Strong documentation and analytical troubleshooting skills
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate
- CCNP or equivalent enterprise-level networking certification
