Accenture is looking for an Application Tech Support Practitioner to join the Infra Managed Service Team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will act as the ongoing interface between clients and critical systems or applications. You will ensure seamless operations, deliver exceptional support, and provide resolutions based on your strong expertise in SUSE Linux Administration.
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and deliver solutions that enhance performance and reliability. This is a full-time opportunity for professionals with at least 5 years of SUSE Linux Administration experience.
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for SUSE Linux Administration.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions and manage critical decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Design tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance for operational success.
🛠 Professional & Technical Skills
- Must-have: SUSE Linux Administration expertise.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning & optimization.
- Experience with automation using scripting languages.
- Understanding of network protocols and services.
- Proven troubleshooting & problem-solving ability.
🎓 Qualification
- 15 years full-time education (Bachelor’s degree required).
