Role Overview – Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
Wipro is seeking an experienced Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The role involves end-to-end HCM implementations, client-facing solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Gather business requirements and conduct client workshops
- Design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Work extensively on Core HR and Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) modules
- Optimize HCM business processes and data flows
- Prepare functional design documents and configuration guides
- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide resolutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support
Required Experience
- 8–10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM (Hire-to-Retire cycle)
- Experience in minimum 5 end-to-end HCM implementations
- At least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong client-facing experience including requirement gathering and solution delivery
Mandatory Skills
- Oracle Fusion Applications – HCM
- Oracle HCM Cloud configuration & functional setup
- Core HR
- Oracle Time and Labour (OTL)
Technical & Functional Skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud workflows & integrations
- Business process mapping and optimization
- Functional documentation & configuration guides
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Relevant HCM & Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus
