💼 Job Overview
Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – TechOps and Cloud Engineer (Agentic AI). In this role, you will support Azure-based cloud infrastructure, manage CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable cloud operations.
You will be part of Genpact’s next-generation Agentic AI transformation, enabling intelligent automation across industries.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams to support smooth software releases
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of infrastructure
- Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible
- Monitor systems using Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools
- Create and maintain technical and operational documentation
- Stay updated with cloud, DevOps, and security best practices
🎯 Required Qualifications
✅ Minimum Skills
- Experience in Cloud Operations / TechOps
- Basic knowledge of Azure CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker and container frameworks
- Understanding of Terraform or Ansible
- Working knowledge of Windows & Linux
- Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python
- Basic understanding of networking and security concepts
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Azure / DevOps certifications (nice to have)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
