As a Principal Consultant – Cloud Operations, you will oversee daily cloud infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, performance, security, compliance, and cost efficiency. - Oversee cloud infrastructure operations ensuring high availability and reliability
- Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency
- Implement and manage monitoring & observability solutions
- Perform capacity planning and future growth forecasting
🧑🤝🧑 Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop cloud engineers and administrators
- Coordinate daily activities aligned with business goals

🚨 Incident & Problem Management
- Lead response to cloud-related incidents
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions

✅ Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong experience in System Administration & Cloud Operations
- Proven leadership experience in senior technical roles
- Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture & best practices
- Experience with cloud monitoring & management tools
- Automation & scripting skills: Python, PowerShell, Terraform
- Strong cloud security knowledge
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
