Job Summary
LTIMindtree is seeking a Morpheus Automation Administration Engineer to manage, automate, and optimize Morpheus infrastructure across hybrid and multicloud environments. The role involves platform administration, automation, self-service provisioning, identity & access management, monitoring, security, backup, and cost optimization.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and VMware, along with solid Linux troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Morpheus Platform Administration & Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain the Morpheus platform across multicloud environments
- Manage identity and access controls, authentication, and authorization
- Implement and manage multitenancy models for scalability and isolation
- Configure plans, pricing models, quotas, and chargeback mechanisms
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts for high availability
- Apply patches, security updates, and version upgrades
- Manage backup and disaster recovery configurations
Automation & Self-Service Enablement
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and Python
- Configure self-service provisioning catalogs
- Integrate Morpheus workflows with automation pipelines and external tools
Integrations – Network, Storage & Automation
- Configure integrations with load balancers, firewalls, DNS, VLANs, and IPAM
- Enable storage integrations (NFS, iSCSI, block storage, cloud storage)
- Automate VM provisioning, patching, backups, and security controls
Supported Blueprint Types
- Morpheus Native configurations
- Terraform IaC
- ARM (Azure Resource Manager)
- AWS CloudFormation
- Kubernetes, Helm & container management
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Configure Morpheus App Monitors
- Troubleshoot provisioning failures, system issues, and API errors
- Ensure log management, auditing, and compliance tracking
- Develop SOPs for Morpheus platform operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Morpheus administration, automation, IAM, multitenancy, workflows, and provisioning
- Hands-on experience with:
- Terraform (IaC)
- Ansible
- Python scripting
- PowerShell / Bash
- REST APIs
- Cloud experience: Azure, AWS, VMware
- Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Networking knowledge: firewalls, VPNs, DNS, security groups
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced Morpheus integrations & automation
- Deep automation expertise using Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell
- Morpheus certifications (if available)
