🎯 Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead DevOps initiatives and enable seamless coordination between development, testing, and operations teams by automating and streamlining CI/CD and deployment processes using modern cloud and DevOps tools.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and develop CI/CD solutions
- Build and manage pipelines using Terraform, Azure DevOps, Ansible
- Manage and enhance existing CI/CD tools and platforms
- Build new cloud services and ensure smooth transition to operations
- Collaborate with application teams and cross-functional IT stakeholders
- Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and automation practices
- Ensure solutions align with security standards and approved architectures
- Monitor, stabilize, and continuously improve DevOps services
- Maintain operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
☁️ Cloud & DevOps Skills Required
- Strong expertise in Terraform, Azure DevOps, Ansible
- Experience with GCP and Azure cloud platforms
- Expert understanding of CI/CD, DevOps & Automation principles
- Linux administration (preferably Red Hat)
- Scripting and programming using Python, PowerShell, Shell
- Configuration management and full automation experience
- Knowledge of IAM, cloud security, compliance, and monitoring
- Experience working in Agile environments
🎓 Other Essential & Desirable Skills
Essential:
- Compute, Storage, and SDN (VPC/XPN) cloud infrastructure
- Jenkins, Azure DevOps CI/CD tools
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
Desirable:
- GCP / Azure professional certifications
- Linux or Windows certifications
- ServiceNow and ITIL process experience
