🎯 Role Purpose
The role focuses on enabling smooth collaboration between development, testing, and operations teams by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes across the application lifecycle.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Drive Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the complete toolchain
- Manage IT infrastructure to support application deployments
- Onboard applications onto DevOps tools and configure as per client needs
- Create and manage user access workflows
- Customize DevOps tools based on client requirements
- Collaborate with developers on scripting and automation tasks
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments
- Provide customer support on DevOps tools
- Resolve tickets within defined TAT with high customer satisfaction
- Perform root cause analysis for critical and recurring issues
- Follow escalation processes when required
