🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support production cloud environments (systems & databases)
- Maintain availability, scalability, efficiency, and security of OCI services
- Handle customer incidents, deployments, and production testing
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and escalate complex issues to engineering teams
- Act as end-to-end owner for service performance and operability
- Participate in incident, change, and release management
- Support zero-downtime deployments and automation initiatives

- Strong Linux administration across diverse hardware platforms
- Solid understanding of systems architecture & distributed systems
- Experience with Virtualization technologies
