As a Senior Software Engineer – Packer, you will:
- Design, prototype, and implement advanced features for Packer
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable image workflows
- Drive code quality, testing, architecture, and reliability standards
- Lead technical design discussions and architectural decisions
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Collaborate with Product, UX, SRE, Documentation, and Support teams
- Own production issues, incident response, and system improvements
- Represent the team in cross-product and engineering forums
- Contribute to the technical roadmap of IBM’s Infrastructure Cloud

🎯 Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience

- Strong DevOps knowledge including CI/CD pipelines & automation
- Proven experience with HashiCorp Packer
