Role Summary
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring operational stability across business systems. Your day-to-day work will involve incident resolution, change implementation, knowledge base updates, and close collaboration with vendors and service management teams to maintain seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in Linux Operations.
- Resolve incidents and problems across multiple system components.
- Create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs).
- Update and maintain knowledge base articles for effective troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Lead and support teams by contributing to technical and operational decisions.
- Provide solutions across immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct training sessions for junior team members.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement areas.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Linux Operations.
- Solid understanding of incident and problem management processes.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
