- Provide ongoing L1 & L2 technical support for AIX-based systems
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting at OS level
- Support production and development environments (remote & onsite)

- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure adherence to defined operating models, SLAs, and processes
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and documentation best practices
