Tech Mahindra has entered into a strategic partnership with Noida International Airport (NIA) to deliver end-to-end network and cybersecurity operations for the airport’s critical IT infrastructure. As part of the collaboration, Tech Mahindra will provide 24×7 monitoring and management of applications, databases, networks, servers, storage systems, and digital platforms supporting airport operations.
The partnership includes the establishment of an integrated Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC), enabling proactive detection, analysis, and response to network and cybersecurity incidents. This approach is designed to ensure high system availability, operational continuity, and a robust security posture across the airport’s digital ecosystem.
As a greenfield airport, Noida International Airport is embedding resilience and digital trust into its infrastructure from the outset. Christoph Schnellmann, CEO of Noida International Airport, emphasized that the collaboration is a critical step toward building a future-ready, secure, and reliable technology framework aligned with global best practices.
Tech Mahindra will leverage its expertise in critical infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and network resilience to support airport systems from inception through operational readiness. Sahil Dhawan, President and Head – India, Middle East & Africa Business at Tech Mahindra, highlighted that modern airports function as complex digital ecosystems where cybersecurity is as vital as physical infrastructure.
With cybersecurity at the core of airport operations, Tech Mahindra will work closely with NIA to establish a process-oriented, scalable, and secure technology operations framework, ensuring safe, seamless, and efficient airport services.
Noida International Airport (IATA: DXN) is being developed by Yamuna International Airport Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zurich Airport International AG. The airport is designed to serve 12 million passengers annually in its first phase, with long-term expansion plans to handle over 70 million passengers per year, supported by sustainable and net-zero design principles.
