HCLTech is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems and applications. This role focuses on proactive monitoring, automation, cloud reliability, and incident resolution to maintain optimal uptime and system resilience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance across applications and infrastructure
- Proactively monitor systems and identify potential issues before they impact users
- Implement automation tools and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Respond to escalated incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure security compliance and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve system stability
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-availability environments
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
