The AWS Support Administrator at HCLTech plays a key role in ensuring high availability and reliability of AWS PaaS environments. The role involves independently resolving technical tickets, conducting root cause analysis, adhering to SLAs, and improving customer satisfaction through proactive cloud support and documentation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for AWS PaaS environments
- Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and escalated issues
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve service reliability
- Update and maintain knowledge base documentation
- Train and support new team members
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Deliver high CSAT scores through first-call resolution and minimal reopens
