HCLTech is hiring an Administrator – AWS Security & Cloud Security to strengthen its cloud security operations. This role focuses on AWS security services, Cisco ASA firewall management, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and compliance adherence. Ideal for professionals passionate about cloud security, operations excellence, and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support AWS security configurations including IAM, KMS, Security Groups
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco ASA firewall rules
- Independently resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for security and infrastructure incidents
- Provide on-call escalation support and ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain and enhance AWS security documentation and knowledge base
- Train and mentor junior analysts and new team members
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting to improve CSAT scores
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Security Services (IAM, KMS, Security Groups)
- Expertise in Cisco ASA firewall configuration and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices
- Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA-based environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
🔹 Preferred Certifications (Optional but Valuable)
- AWS Certified Security – Specialty
- Cisco CCNA Security
