HCLTech is hiring a Senior Administrator – AWS PaaS, Terraform to manage and support cloud platforms by delivering advanced technical solutions, resolving complex incidents, and ensuring secure, compliant AWS environments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support using AWS PaaS services and Terraform
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and security incidents
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of solutions and best practices
- Train and mentor support analysts to enhance team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless AWS operations
- Maintain a strong security posture using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Improve customer experience through high CSAT and first-call resolution

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS PaaS services
- Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Deep understanding of AWS security best practices
- Expertise in incident management and RCA
- Familiarity with cloud compliance and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
