Capgemini is hiring experienced Control-M Administrators to manage, optimize, and automate enterprise batch scheduling environments. This role is ideal for professionals with strong L2/L3/L4 Control-M expertise, scheduler migrations, and DevOps integration exposure.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Control-M infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and performance
- Design, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs & workflows
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Control-M Server, EM, and Agents
- Perform scheduler migration from legacy tools to Control-M / Helix
- Apply patches, upgrades, hotfixes, and security updates
- Implement backup & disaster recovery procedures
- Troubleshoot job failures, dependencies, calendars, and SLA issues
- Optimize job workflows to improve performance and reliability
- Collaborate with application teams and business stakeholders
- Use Control-M Automation API, Self-Service & Forecasting features
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–12 years of experience in Control-M Administration (L2/L3/L4)
- Strong experience in job scheduling, monitoring & troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in Control-M upgrades and migrations
- Knowledge of Control-M/Server, Enterprise Manager & Agents
- Experience with batch job optimization & SLA management
- Exposure to DevOps pipelines and automation tools
- Familiarity with AWS / Azure cloud platforms
- Good communication & stakeholder coordination skills
