Job Description – Lead OneTrust GRC & Security Risk
Wipro is hiring a Lead – OneTrust GRC & Security Risk Specialist to administer and enhance enterprise GRC platforms, drive security governance initiatives, and support global risk management processes. This role blends OneTrust technical expertise with security risk, compliance, and governance leadership.
Key Responsibilities
OneTrust Platform Support
- Configure and maintain workflows, templates, reports, and dashboards
- Manage user groups, permissions, and role-based access
- Assess and guide adoption of new OneTrust releases
- Coordinate technical issues with OneTrust support and internal teams
- Drive best practices for enterprise-wide platform optimization
Module-Specific Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance:
- Third-Party Risk Management
- IT & Security Risk Management
- Nice-to-have exposure to:
- Data Mapping Automation
- Privacy Rights Automation (DSAR)
- Cookie Consent Management
Security Risk & Governance
- Conduct security risk assessments for technology solutions and vendors
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, Procurement, and Architecture teams
- Ensure adherence to security standards and risk controls
- Provide oversight to global and regional IT Security Leads
GRC Process Ownership
- Act as SME for Security Risk Evaluation (SRE) processes
- Continuously enhance risk methodology and stakeholder experience
- Deliver security and privacy awareness & training programs
GRC Tool Ownership
- Serve as Product Owner for OneTrust GRC platform
- Lead support teams for enhancements and sustainment
- Stay current with OneTrust product features and capabilities
Mandatory Skills
GRC Consulting, OneTrust GRC Platform, Security Risk Management
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Security
- Preferred Certifications:
- CISM
- CRISC
- CISSP (or in progress)
- Experience with global governance frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Experience
5 – 8 Years (Relevant GRC / Security Risk Experience Required)
