🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Support AWS cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability
- Monitor cloud platforms and manage incidents, problems, and changes
- Design, document, and maintain runbooks and playbooks
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and incident resolution
- Manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM
- Support Kubernetes-based microservices environments
- Implement automation using Shell and Python scripting
- Collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency
- Participate in ITSM workflows using ServiceNow or Jira
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services
- AWS networking (VPC, ELB, Route 53, CloudFront)
- Monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Splunk, AppDynamics (Nagios/Grafana is a plus)
- Linux system administration
- Kubernetes & containerized environments
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation
- Database exposure: RDS (MySQL/PostgreSQL), Oracle, ElasticSearch
- Incident & change management experience
- Scripting knowledge: Shell, Python
- Exposure to GenAI tools (added advantage)
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years overall IT experience
- 3+ years in SRE / Cloud Operations / Application Monitoring
- AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or higher) preferred
