⚙️ Job Description – SRE Consultant
Infosys is inviting applications for the role of SRE Consultant, where you will work closely with enterprise clients to design, deploy, and optimize reliable systems. This role combines consulting, system reliability, UNIX administration, middleware support, and solution design, ensuring high customer satisfaction and system stability.
🔧 Roles & Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of an Infoscion
- Analyze customer environments to identify issues and improvement areas
- Diagnose system and application reliability challenges
- Design innovative and scalable SRE-focused solutions
- Facilitate deployment and implementation of proposed solutions
- Contribute to solution design and proposal development
- Plan and execute configuration activities based on solution designs
- Configure enterprise products and platforms
- Conduct conference room pilots (CRPs) and resolve design-related queries
- Deliver solution demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) workshops
- Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and Infosys guidelines
- Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, value-driven solutions
