💼 Job Description – Production Support Engineer
Infosys is hiring experienced Production Support Engineers to support enterprise applications and infrastructure environments. In this role, you will work closely with clients, ensure system stability, resolve production issues, and maintain high service quality across mission-critical platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Interface with clients for issue resolution, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction
- Understand business and technical requirements and validate system architecture
- Participate in project estimation, solution delivery, and technical risk planning
- Perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews
- Lead and guide teams to deliver optimized, high-quality solutions
- Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines, service processes, and best practices
- Act as a key contributor in building efficient and reliable production systems
- Support clients in their digital transformation initiatives
