Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – TechOps and Cloud Engineer (Agentic AI).
In this role, you will be part of GenpactNext, driving the shift toward Agentic AI solutions—autonomous, domain-specific systems transforming how value is delivered to clients. You will support product development by designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure-based cloud infrastructure, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
🧑💻 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure
- Manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
- Collaborate with development teams to support new software releases
- Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security
- Create and maintain internal technical documentation
- Monitor systems and respond to operational issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Support innovation and process optimization initiatives
✅ Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Experience in Cloud Operations or similar roles
- Basic knowledge of Azure CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker
- Understanding of Infrastructure Automation tools (Terraform or Ansible)
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana or Prometheus
- Understanding of basic security and networking concepts
⭐ Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Azure or DevOps certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
